Custom Stamping is equipped with a press department capable of producing small to medium sized stampings, formings, and drawings. All presses are equipped with automatic coil feeding for eased and quick production. We have a capacity ranging up to 100 tons. We complete short and long term run parts as well as keeping inventory for blanket orders completed in releases over a specified time period. Our equipment ensures proper plane, depth, and precision required for each and every part. Whatever your stamping, forming needs- we strive to make it happen!

It is understood by Custom Stamping that in most industries parts and products are required to have a specific completion standard. That is where we can help! Not only can we produce your products, but Custom Stamping has the ability to clean, polish, and de-bur when applicable. We tumble parts with a steel-shot process ensuring that those parts are clean, rust resistant, free of solutions and grime, and consist of no sharp/harmful edges. Leaving them as polished, completed, turn-key parts. Not only is tumbling a preferred operation due to ease and aesthetics but it is prompt and cost effective for you! When needed or required, Custom Stamping can also provide plating services as well. 

Custom Stamping is equipped with several drilling, tapping, and machining pieces of equipment. Whether parts produced in house need a secondary operation or you have products needing extra attention, we can help. We are equipped with the ability to provide tapping services for threading needs with our tapping machines- some manual and some automatic. We have a wide range of drill presses able to incorporate holes, slots, reaming, counter sinking, etc. Custom Stamping is equipped with grinders, lathes, and milling machines ensuring print-specified requirements are met with high standards. Whatever your secondary operation needs are, they can be met!
